Ordered and ate a chipotle chicken bowl last night. Half way through the bowl I didn't feel like finishing it for some reason. Started feeling chilly and a little dizzy an hour or two after. Thought was just tired so took a shower and went to sleep. Threw up the first time around midnight and followed by throwing up once every hour 7 times in total thoughout the night. Morning now and throwing up has subsided, but still nauseous and don't feel like eating or drinking. Body is tired and urination hurts | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
