Ate a steak bowl with Guacamole, didn't eat the whole thing felt discomfort about 2 hrs later woke up around 1 am to use the bathroom went back bed woke up 2 hrs later to massive diarrea and after that was done vomited all that I ate, but I have been waking up to use the bathroom every HR to either diarrhea or vomiting since all day so far. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
