Had a chicken burrito bowl chips and guacamole. 18 hours later I was extremely sick. Couldn't keep any food down. Chills pain vomiting. After throwing up each time I would feel good for about an hour then horrible again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
