I got a carry out at Chipotle around 6pm...a burrito bowl with chicken and totally loaded with EVERYTHING except sour cream. I did not have anything else to the rest of the day. My stomach was a little upset when I went to bed but I didn't give it much thought. I woke up at 1am vomiting and diarrhea all night. This went on for 7 days and I had to go get fluids twice because I was so dehydrated! I use to love Chipotle and it was a weekly food staple for me but I don't think I can ever eat there again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
