Carnitas Bowl Illness Report - Chipotle,

Had chipotle(carnitas bowl) yesterday and became terribly sick not long after with constant diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Couldnt have been any other food because that was the only meal I had and thanks to Chipotle, I couldnt eat anything yesterday and even today, I had only two spoons of food as of 8:26pm now. Here and there I tried to eat something so I can recover sooner but even small bits of tomato just came right back up. Oh, dont be shocked now. I even threw up water. thats right. Never have I been so sick in my entire life like this ..couldnt eat, drink, or sleep at all. Right now, I am feeling a little better but still have upset stomach, little bit of diarrhea, and serious dehydration. I am never ever EVER going to chipotle. Trust me and and do yourself a favor too. STAY AWAY. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
