Ate a bol with Rice, Fajitas, Steak, Mild, Hot, and Cheese.

Fajitas tasted weird - almost "fishy" but I kept on eating. A few hours later I had all of the symptoms listed here and I'm still miserable at 3:00P the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
