Had a steak/barbacoa burrito for lunch on Monday 11/15. I got free guacamole as part of an app promotion. That same evening after work I started getting stomach cramps and diarrhea. It got worse when I started getting fever, nausea, body aches and vomit. The sickness lasted for 2 days before I felt good enough to go to work again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Body Ache
