I went out with a few friends and we ate at Chipotle, I ordered I chicken burrito (chicken, rice, beans, salsa & lettus). 20min later I started feel nasious, we left chipotle and stood outside and I started feeling worse and worse. That's when I started violently throwing up and getting stomach pains. I had to lay on a bench and couldn't move. It got so bad my friends had to call 911. I hadn't eaten anything previous and have no allergies. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
