Ate at chipotle Wednesday Night, got the steak bowl, my husband didn’t, a few hours later I had a horrible headache and threw up for the next 6 hrs dry heaving. Still having muscle soreness and head pain. Wasn’t going to report until I noticed that someone else reported Chipotle steak in St Pete just a few days earlier. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Soreness
