I ordered the chicken bowl with double chicken and about an hour or so after eatting it I was running to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes with diarrhea. I now have a headache and feel dehydrated. I can't lay down without having to go to the bathroom again. It's been over 12 hours since I consumed that chicken bowl as of the time of this report. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
