I ordered a chicken bowl with everything no beans around 5:45pm on February 29, 2016. As I ate the bowl I began to have a headache After I ate the bowl I went to see a 7pm movie and by the end of the movie I began to feel nausea, and it felt like I had to go to the bathroom urgently. So as I left the movies I felt horrible on the way to the car. In my head, my bottom and stomach I felt discomfort. So as soon as I hit the door to my house I had diarrhea and shortly after that I vomitted. I felt bad after all of that. I was sensitive to light and loud things. It was a very bad experience and I'm never eating Chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
