Went to chipotle on my lunch break around 2pm and got a burrito bowl with a lot of toppings when I was eating it I felt fine a hour after I started to get nauseous and was sweating. I felt so sick I had to leave work when I was driving home I almost had to pull over and puke. When I got home I showered to see if that would help and it did for a few minutes then the neauseous feeling got so much worse I got diarrhea and stomach pain and it still hasn’t gone away if it stays like this for another day I’m going to the hospital | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
