ER Visit After Chipotle - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Baltimore Maryland

I ate a salad with lettuce, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, chicken, pico de gallo and guacamole with salad dressing. I also got a bottled water. I became violently ill shortly after arriving back home at 5 pm. This is the last thing I ate before I became ill. After vomiting uncontrollably for 2.5 hours, and unable to keep down water, I had to go to the ER, where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. I have been unable to eat anything for two days now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
