Carne Asada ER Trip - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Austin Texas

My only meal of the day consisted of a carne asada bowl (with the works) and chips and queso. At 9am the next morning I woke up with nausea and immediately started vomiting. Through the day I would have liquid exiting both ends and food looked undigested. Eventually I gained a fever and was dehydrated. Ended up in the ER getting 3 liters of fluid. Blood tests showed no other condition, so culprit is obvious. Ive retained all documentation. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
