Me and my boyfriend ate chipotle for dinner last night. We got the same exact order (2 chicken and steak bowls). After I finished 1/3 of my bowl my stomach started feeling weird and so I ended up calling it an early night and I went to sleep. 3:30am comes around and I wake up abruptly and run to the bathroom puking with diarrhea. This repeated itself again @ 5:30am and 7:30am and is currently still continuing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
