To begin... This location is extremely dirty. I didn't want my toddler touching anything because it was so filthy inside. I ordered my 3 yo a kid's meal- cheese quesadilla. The rice looked funny but I thought I was just being judgmental based on the filthy countertop, etc. Nope! We got in the car (literally parked in front), and I fed him the rice first. After a few forkfulls, he didn't want anything else. About 6 minutes later, he told me he had to use the potty but it came so fast and he pooped so much, it came out of his pull up. I cleaned him up. We started driving back to LA and within minutes of getting on the fwy, I asked was he ok because he didn't look well and was breathing strange. I literally thought the emergency room was our next stop. So he fell asleep and after about 30 minutes into our drive, he starting vomiting (I looked at him and could tell another was coming). Sure enough, the next vomit came. He looked out of it. Very nauseated. He didn't feel well at all. The rice! It was the rice! That's all he ate from there and all that came up. Gross. I wish I had listened to my intuition. I pulled over, off the fwy and cleaned him up. After getting home he threw up twice more. My toddler threw up 4 times in 2 hours because this location is disgusting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
