Wednesday evening, November 26. I ordered and picked up a burrito bowl from this chipotle. Approximately four hours after eating after being perfectly well, I began to feel very nauseated with a headache. I took some Tylenol and a Dramamine and went to bed. I woke up approximately two hours later vomiting violently. I vomited approximately every hour for the next 26 hours. I had stomach cramping and I vomited some blood. This lasted the entire day of Thanksgiving day and into Friday, November 28. Once the vomiting stopped, I was extremely dehydrated at a terrible headache had Rigors and off and on fevers. Today, November 29 I feel somewhat better. Still nauseated without Tylenol I have a fever off and on. I have kept down sips of water and sugar-free popsicles. I am a nurse. I’ve been a nurse for a long time. This was most definitely food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
