I went to crystal city for work at 11am , I went into chipotle to get a veggie bowl before work. The consumption had no problems , when j began work at 12 I started to have uncomfortable nausea , my stomach was bulging and felt full. I assumed that it was digestion , but then it became umbareable and I couldn't perform my work duties. I went to the restroom to see if I may need to defecate , I ended up doing so , but in the midst I also began to projectile vomit from my nose and mouth. I was on the floor in the restroom for at least an hour. My manger needed me and I was able to help due to the food positioning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
