Pork Bowl: Severe Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Arvin California

After eating the pork bowl at 7pm, I woke at 3am with severe abdominal pain. Two hours later I began to vomit violently, with diarrhea as well. It was so severe and frequent, that my wife brought me to the ER at 9am, because I couldn't keep anything down and was extremely weak. They gave me 3 bags of IV fluids, morphine, antibiotics and antiinflammatory meds. I was able to return home by 3pm, but still not eating and weak and tired. This was the only food I ate that the rest of my family did not eat that day. I eat at Chipotle frequently and am a big fan of their food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
