I also had chills., I had a salad with double chicken and cheese around 3 pm. Shortly after, I had a bad stomachache with gas. Around 7 pm, I became very ill. It started with diarrhea followed by vomiting. I started having chills. The symptoms lasted for hours. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
