July 24 2023 at around 9:00 PM I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and no beans. Only 20 mins after consuming it I had persistent diarrhea. I am writing this on July 26 and I am still throwing up and can’t keep anything down. I feel extreme abdominal pain and dehydration. I am aware food poisoning usually clears up in three days. Therefore I’m trying to get through the pain and if it continues I will go to ER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
