I ate a cheese quesadilla for lunch on November 24th. About 3 hours later i began having terrible stomach pains. The pain continued through the next day, eventually resulting in diarrhea, fever, and nausea. It is now the 26th and the symptoms are at their worst. I have not been able to eat or drink anything properly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
