We went to Chipotle and my son got a chicken bowl. Within 45-50 approximately projectile vomiting and diarrhea He was fine before we went out. He said Chipotle sounds good. I don’t like Chipotle so I didn’t eat it. He had the chicken bowl with black beans, sour cream, lettuce, mild salsa they have, tomatoes. Side of chips and guacamole. After we stopped by the pet store. Then we left so right after we got in the house he went in the bathroom and was getting sick, both ways. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
