I ate a chicken bowl last night and then next morning I woke up feeling nauseous and throwing up with a high fever. Later today I went to urgent care and foot test for strep throat because I wasn’t sure if it was that because i have a history of strep throat. I then took medicine for my throat. I then took a nap. My fever went away but I had diherrea and was vomiting my chipotle from 24 hours ago still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
