I do love this location and I will continue to eat here as they have excellent customer service and always give heapful servings. However last time I ate there, I noticed leaves in my burrito. Yes, actually leaves from a tree or plant. However due to my appetite and appreciate for them as well as my lacking funds I chose to remove said leaves as I found them in my mouth and continue eating. I finished the burrito. It was a triple steak btw. And I think the leaves came came from the fajita veggies. Following my consumption of the tainted burrito I fell asleep as I typically die after a large meal. It was only hours later at 3 am when I suddenly awoke with a horrible stomach ache and nausea. I was tossing and turning for quite some time before I got up to run to the restroom and deposit my insides. I vommited 4 times initially, felt okay, had a little apple juice, went back to sleep, and 20 minutes later the exact same thing happened. I vommited 3 more times, however it was mostly just the juice. I stayed in the bathroom because I felt as if I had still had unfinished business. And as I guessed, 20 minutes later another wave of vomit had overcome me. This time it was almost nothing, just fluids and stomach acid. It was safe to say I had completely emptied my insides. I went to bed and awoke hours later feeling somewhat ill. It is important to mention prior to this I did have food poisoning about 2 and half weeks before, from Carl’s Jr. Because of this I believe to be the explanation of why I felt somewhat okay the following morning. It is likely cause I still have some immunity. I did have to take 500 mg of acetaminophen to ease a light headache and general body ache. I am experiencing loss of appetite, however am having a strange craving for del taco. But I believe it is in my best interest, and my plumbing’s best interest, to fight such urges. Surprisingly, I am not experiencing any diarrhea. I have pooped 3 times this morning though, and have been extremely gassy. I also had some nausea and stomach discomfort this morning, so I took some pesto bismol. I am writing this the day after the vomit, and so far and feeling pretty good. I have not tried eating anything yet. I will post any updates. Thank you for listening. Again it is important to note I am not slandering them, and I do still have love for the business, however they have had a history of having tainted ingredients, and if they do not do something to address this soon then I may have to reconsider my love for the corporation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Loss of Appetite, Body Ache, Gas, Stomach Pain
