I ate a burrito bow, no meatl at Chipotle, in Alexandria , Va. While traveling to my parents on 11/21/17. I became nauseous early evening, I had a small salad and went to bed. I became more nauseous through the night and had diarrhea .Wednesday, Thursday and Friday progresses to severe stomach pain, vomiting a diarrhea. When I found blood in my stool I went to the ER. I hadn't eaten since Tuesday. Dr. Did a cat scan and found my colon was inflamed, infected. He prescribed 2 antibiotics and pain pills. I had to change my return flight because I still had diarrhea and vomiting and needed another day for the antibiotics to work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
