I got a chicken salad yesterday with pico green sauce sour cream fajita black and pinto beans and chicken. I have been having diarrhea ever since I went to bed and woke up to bumps on my lip which lead me to believe it’s a virus. I can’t stop using the bathroom and I’m nauseas.

I went to chipotle about 1pm. I ordered a kids meal which consisted of two steak tacos with cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. My drink was a chocolate milk. That is the only thing I ate all day and I fell so ill around 8pm I could barely bathe my daughter without her help (toddler).
