My husband and I ate same food all day; had lunch from Chipotle. Both had chicken bowls, but his had cheese in it and he had chips that I did not have. Was vomiting and had diarrhea all night. Never seen him this sick. Fever throughout the night and now the following day. Reported to the store. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
