Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Concord New Hampshire

I've eaten here many times and never had a problem. Two other people were with me last night and neither of them got sick--the only difference was I had the salad instead of a rice dish. The lettuce container was opened from the fridge right before it was served to me and so I suspect the lettuce made me sick. I ate my salad and woke in the middle of the night in distress. The next day I am feeling weak, but better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
