Ate at restaurant at 3pm. No other food eaten before bed. Fell asleep 730pm and woke this morning with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. Ate chicken tacos, chips, salsa. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
