Ate on Friday night. Violently sick since Saturday- vomiting diarrhea fever - bed ridden. Left work early and missing work today. I ate the bowl. Also has the guacomole. I noticed it had brown on top. Didn’t even think it was bad, Symptoms started in middle of night started with the runs and a major stomach pain. Than while working Saturday still feeling very off I just got worse. Light headed. Confusion. Pain in stomach getting worse and worse . Let work early and vomiting/diarrhea at same time. Can’t eat drink. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever
