Carnitas Burrito Illness Strikes - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Rochester New York

Ate one of their carnitas burritos on thursday night 9/1. After eating it that night was unable to sleep as if everything was spinning and skin was crawling. Friday was having the worst nausea, dizziness, and stomach pains. Was not able to eat or drink all day, even water was not able to keep down. Spent next 3 days in bed unable to move or eat/drink. One week later am just now starting to eat and drink. Never trust Chipotle this is the 2nd time I have gotten sick from their restaurants with the prior time landing me in the hospital for a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
