Got lunch - double chicken , salad, corn , fajita veggies and guac at roughly 12:30. Got back to work and ate it around 1 and felt fine until about 6 pm then out of nowhere I couldn’t leave the bathroom - I either had diarrhea or uncontrollable vomiting . That was the only thing I had eaten all day. Sustained stomach cramps, bloatedness, nausea , uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea for roughly 12 hours at least | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
