I had dinner delivered home from Chipotle. Rice bowl with chicken. I was sick with high fevers and multiple episodes of diarrhea and bad abdominal cramps from friday night August 15th to Saturday night August 16th. I am very dehydrated and tired.

I ordered there, steak burrito on 11/14/2021, it included brown rice, black beans, veggies, mild salsa, green salsa, and lettuce. I got severe abdominal pain and diarrhea by that night. Ended up in the hospital.
