Double steak bowl, brown rice, mild, corn, cheese, sourcream and guacamole. Ate it around 930pm yesterday. By minding i had a sever case of vomiting and direhia. Spent 60% of my night in the bathroom and it still continues at work now.

Pork Tofu Bowl Illness

I had lunch there around 1:45 I ate a bowl with rice pork tufu salsa guacamole sour cheam & cheese the symtoms started around 12am I was vomiting & diarrhea all night long was violently ill till about 6 am lost a day of work because of this.
