I had a chicken salad on Tuesday for lunch and had an upset stomach and gas Tuesday night. Wednesday my stomach was gurgling all day long then Wednesday night into Thursday I had horrible diarrhea and a fever and felt extremely weak and faint. Thursday night the diarrhea was extremely watery and turned bloody. This lasted into Friday afternoon, seems to be getting better hope it goes away soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Weakness
