Barbacoa Burrito Illness Strikes - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chicago Illinois

Ordered the Barbacoa burrito. Feb 24th. Non stop green diarrhea and all liquid along with non stop burping even though I didn’t eat anything. The burping along with excess gas through me off. Horrible pains in my stomach. Just now got over it. First 10 days were horrible. Then blocked up for 5 days and back to non stop diarrhea for another 7 days or so and back to being blocked up. Every time I was just about to go to the hospital. I was blocked up and couldn’t give a stool sample. Not to mention no health insurance and it made me think it would go away on it’s own. Back to being blocked up just a little but if any diarrhea I will be going to the hospital and getting a lawyer! I did however eat a lot of yogurt towards the end and it replace the bacteria needed for my gut health. Plus Not to mention they received fines and Heath violations a few days after I got sick!! Simply gross and wish I took legal action! Stay away!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Burping, Stomach Pain
