Cold Steak Burrito Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mesquite Texas

On Wednesday June 21, 2023, i order a steak burrito with 7 layer style add ons and couldnt finish the burrito before having to run to the bathroom. Today is Sunday, June 25, 2023 and I am still suffering from nausea, diarrhea, headaches and a slight fever with mental disorientation, muscle aches and stomach cramps. Absolute no solid defecation since that moment on Wednesday.

Nobody in my house ordered the same thing and nobody else contracted these symptoms ruling out viral possibilities.

I am 37 years old and have had food poisoning once in my life that I can remember. This is only the 2nd time I’ve eaten here. First time being 18 years ago.

Burrito was cold to the touch and nothing inside was warm, though I had steak, rice, beans. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Muscle Pain
