Had a chicken burrito for dinner. In the early am stomach pains and gas set in. Then Nausea set in and the abrupt need to use the restroom. For the next several hours I had intense stomach pains gas and multiple trips to restroom with uncontrolled bowel movements | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
