Carne Asada Quesadilla Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Powell Ohio

I had the carne asada quesadilla, mild salsa and white rice at lunch. By the evening I had severe stomach pains and spent all night in the bathroom with diarrhea. No fever or other symptoms that would indicate stomach flu. The next day I was dehydrated and still felt “off”, but started to feel better which would also indicate food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
