Stomach began feeling upset yesterday, Wednesday afternoon. Ate a few bites of homemade Mac N Cheese and went to bed. Woke up this morning to watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, and bubbly guts. Threw up violently this afternoon after attempting to eat a homemade meal.

The last thing l ate was at this restaurant but cannot say it was that for sure. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
