Stomach began feeling upset yesterday, Wednesday afternoon. Ate a few bites of homemade Mac N Cheese and went to bed. Woke up this morning to watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, and bubbly guts. Threw up violently this afternoon after attempting to eat a homemade meal.

Ordered a burrito on March 11, 2022, with sour cream, steak, veggies, guacamole, and salsa and woke up with nausea the next day which persisted until throwing up and had diarrhea multiple times and had loss of appetite
