Ate at this Chipotle on Friday, December 15th for dinner. My friend and I both ordered barbacoa burrito bowls with rice, beans, salsa, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Also had chips and guacamole. On Sunday, December 17th I had nausea and vomiting, he had nausea, diarrhea, severe stomach pain, and a fever. Had to go to the ER for fluids, pain meds, antibiotics. Doctor said it was likely something we ate since we both had symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
