I ordered a burrito bowl Monday July 23 at 130 pm. By 8 pm I was presenting as a PT with flu like symptoms. I was hospitalized in the ER Wednesday July 25 . Lungs and sinuses were clear. However I was vomiting and had cramps and chills and fever ( temp 101). I vomited for 4 days , lost 12 lbs. my platelets ( blood) levels were low ‘ and I have a follow up appointment with a cancer center / blood center in Beavercreek Ohio. I am a big fan of chipotle - however this illness kicked my Ass , and I am still recovering two weeks later. No flu -I am going to contact the health department in green county Ohio. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
