l had a chicken and rice bowl at around 1:30pm yesterday. l started feeling very nauseous and then l started to get a fever and was having diarrhea. After that l could not eat (haven’t eaten in 23 hours) and l can not even get water down. l started vomiting when l was feeling dehydrated and tried drinking water, but l just could not keep it down and l can not walk anymore because of my dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
