Ate a burrito bowl on a Friday evening, woke up the next day with severe diarrhea. I ended up being hospitalized with sepsis and salmonella was confirmed via a blood culture. No one else in my family got sick since they didn't eat their meals. It was only me who ate my Chipotle meal. I had a high heart rate, low blood pressure, a fever of 104.5, and severe dehydration and confusion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Fever
