The Chipotle in the Baltimore airport’s systems were down and therefore they were not taking orders or serving food. Instead they gave me free chips and guacamole. It did not taste quite the same as usual but I was so hungry that I ate almost all of it myself. My sister had a chip or two. Hours later, we both started with nausea, and the next day we both started with diarrhea. My sister was fine the next day. No one else in our party of nine was sick, and no one else had the guacamole. My symptoms quickly escalated to extreme pain, fever, and dehydration - after a trip to the ER, e. Coli was confirmed, and as my condition declined, I ended up being hospitalized for a few days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration
