I had a chicken salad with grilled veggies (drenched in oil), black beans, all the hot sauces and pico. Only a few items right?? This food was so salty that I could not eat it all! It caused my blood pressure to go up that it took 2 days to flush out the salt!!! | Symptoms: Other
