Ordered food on 3/11. Chicken burrito along with chips and guac. Woke up the next morning with stabbing stomach pains, fever of 102, tachycardia, chills, diarrhea and nausea. No matter what I took my fever would not go down. It was a rough day/night and considered going to the hospital.
