My son had Steak burrito for lunch and by 3 AM he had diarrhea and vomiting. He is still in the bathroom and its 9AM, poor kid! Our family just had stomach flu less than a month ago so I'm going to assume it was food poisoning. He had it with friends and is the only one sick and the only one that had steak? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
